Kylan joined BKHM in 2016 and brings nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting and federal tax. As Managing Shareholder, he leads the firm’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations, with a focus on technical excellence, staff development, and building lasting client relationships.

As a founding shareholder of BKHM at its inception in 1990, Kurt over 40 years of experience in auditing, accounting, tax planning and consultation for a wide variety of businesses and individual clients.

Mr. Jadeja is a Forensic CPA and a credentialed Business Appraiser with more than 19 years of diverse professional experience comprised of both private industry corporate finance and accounting.

Nancy joined the professional staff of BKHM in 1992. With more than 25 years of public accounting experience, she has provided accounting and consulting services to some of Central Florida’s most well-known and established organizations.

Ryan joined the firm in 2020 and has over 12 year of experience in public accounting. Ryan has consulted on a variety of business issues including mergers & acquisitions, stock options, leasing, and revenue recognition.

With more than 15 years of experience in accounting and auditing, Harry brings strong technical expertise in ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), ASC 842 (Leases), and financial reporting.

Ashley joined the professional staff of BKHM in 2011. She has over 13 years of public accounting experience. She has provided audit and other assurance services to publicly traded and closely-held private companies in the factoring, manufacturing, and home building industries and to governmental and nonprofit entities.

Troy is a CPA and tax manager with 10 years of experience in public and corporate taxation. Prior to joining BKHM, he worked in the corporate tax department of a publicly traded company, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and other regional accounting firms, gaining expertise in servicing passthrough and corporate clients, as well as providing compliance and planning services to individuals.

Will joined BKHM in August of 2023 as an accomplished tax manager, bringing with him 20 years of experience in the public accounting sector. With a proven track record, Will possesses expertise in tax preparation, meticulous review of tax returns, adeptness in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), proficiency in Federal and state income tax regulations, mastery in financial accounting, and proficiency in QuickBooks.

Roberto joined BKHM in January 2021 and brings over nine years of experience in public accounting. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree from Stetson University.
